On May 17, 2022, the intelligent manufacturing system planning of Zhejiang Aoxiang Automation Technology Co., Ltd. was officially launched.

At the kick-off meeting, Mr. Feng explained in detail the project planning and key points, detailed implementation plan, and determined the project objectives: the layout is reasonable, and the needs are confirmed; run through the lean thinking to achieve a streamlined production layout; apply advanced technology and equipment such as intelligent logistics to save people , the purpose of increasing efficiency; combining automation and information technology to create a leading intelligent factory.



Cai Dong put forward three requirements for the new factory planning project: the use of new concepts and scientific planning; the smart factory project can reasonably control the construction cost of the new factory, make reasonable use of space, and improve the flow of people, logistics, and visualization. Go to the next level; the factory planning needs to integrate the vision of Aoxiang, combine the actual production, and incorporate forward-looking technologies to build the new factory into a new industrial park model;

Mr. Cai's message: Warehouses can be stored in a unified manner, and storage space can be planned according to data; factory planning relies on existing data, and attention is paid to man-machine, material, cost reduction, and efficiency to make product quality more advantageous.

The new factory planning was successfully concluded in the consensus of Aoxiang people. Smart factory planning will make Aoxiang a step forward in realizing the vision of a world-class electric actuator manufacturer and making fluid control more reliable.
