- Protect actuator from damage caused by overload from the driven valve over the whole travel.
- Once the torque switching acts, the actuator will be stopped immediately.

Inspection Equipment
Installation, maintenance and storage of AOX-Q series modulating motorized quarter turn actuator
1 There should be no loose clearance at all joints of the actuator and the adjustment mechanism to ensure good adjustment effect, and the connection bolt should be evenly and symmetrically tightened during installation.
2 The electrical installation of the electric actuator shall be carried out according to the relevant construction requirements of the electrical installation, and the explosion-proof products shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the “Installation Specifications for Electrical Equipment in Explosive Hazardous Locations”.
3 Electric actuators should be maintained frequently. For places with high vibration, always check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the connectors are in good contact and whether the locking is reliable.
