 Features

1.   Various output torque from 50Nm to 6000Nm.

2.   Sealing:By O-ring in all interfaces IP67(standard), and double o-ring for IP68 (option).

3.   Motor for AOX-Q series local remote control rotary electric actuator:Specially designed induction motor to generate high starting torque and high efficiency equipped with thermal protector to prevent damage from over heating.

4.   Modular design: The AOX-Q series local remote control rotary electric actuator have always focused on the modular design of the products. The diversified components ensure that the products can be assembled according to customer requirements and offer a variety of customized products. The gold-traveled connector interface between the various components of the AOX-Q series local remote control rotary electric actuator is simple and practical for product maintenance. The intelligent module adopts a control board with a high integration and low power consumption of a single-chip microcomputer and an analog circuit.

Instruction

Installation, maintenance and storage

1. There should be no loose clearance at all joints of the actuator and the adjustment mechanism to ensure good adjustment effect, and the connection bolt should be evenly and symmetrically tightened during installation.

2. Before using the AOX-Q series local remote control rotary electric actuator, carefully read the instruction manual and check and verify according to the specified inspection method. Before the electric actuator is put into operation, check whether the power supply voltage at the site is in accordance with the regulations. At the same time, check the wiring according to the specified electrical installation wiring diagram. Pay attention to the wire number when wiring, and the wiring of each terminal should be firm.

3. AOX-Q series local remote control rotary electric actuator should be maintained frequently. For places with high vibration, always check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the connectors are in good contact and whether the locking is reliable.
